James is a Registered Architect who joined Neet Design in 2026, bringing valuable experience across the commercial, education and residential sectors. His background spans a wide range of project types and scales, from high-end bespoke homes through to complex multi-storey apartments and major new-build school developments. 

In his previous role, he progressed into a project lead position, delivering projects from concept through to building consent. Most notably, he undertook project lead responsibilities for a 54-unit multi-residential development across two adjacent sites, driving coordination across a multi disciplinary team from concept to building consent approval. His involvement in remediation and redevelopment projects has further strengthened his ability to make considered, detail-driven decisions inresponse to as-built conditions.

James strongly believes that understanding people, place and context is fundamental to great design. He is highly focused on driving alignment between design intent, functional outcomes, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring that all aspects of a project are integrated and delivered cohesively. His collaborative approach, combined with a strong attention to detail, supports smooth project delivery while maintaining the integrity of the design vision across increasingly complex project environments. He has been recognised for his client-focussed, collaborative approach and looks to build on this at Neet Design by fostering open collaboration across internal teams, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
