This project, though modest in scale, encompassed several elements typically found in larger, more intricate undertakings. One of the primary challenges involved integrating the new construction with the existing clinic, which remained fully operational throughout the entire process. Construction activities were strategically conducted at the front of the site to minimize disruption to ongoing clinic operations.
Despite the project’s complexity, it was completed to an exceptional standard. The finished facility includes six specialized consultation spaces, along with dedicated utilities and administrative areas. This successful execution not only meets current needs but also sets the stage for the commencement of Stage 2, demonstrating the project’s robust planning and high-quality implementation.
